Searching For An Executive Director

Last year, GrepBeat became a nonprofit, and last month, we launched our Giving Programs. Now, we’re ready to add the third leg of our proverbial nonprofit spinout stool: hiring an Executive Director.

The Executive Director will lead the organization with a focus on fundraising and growing the financial coffers of GrepBeat. Here is the four-bullet gist of what we are looking for:

  • A full-time Executive Director to lead GrepBeat’s next phase of growth, with a strong emphasis on fundraising, partnerships, and long-term sustainability.
  • An experienced relationship-builder who can cultivate support from sponsors, foundations, family offices, donors, and the broader startup ecosystem.
  • The role includes leading fundraising campaigns and events while also overseeing day-to-day operations and working closely with GrepBeat board and team.
  • Ideal candidates will bring proven leadership experience, strong communication and management skills, and a passion for entrepreneurship, media, and community-building in North Carolina.

You can read the job description and apply from LinkedIn.

It’s always hard to find the perfect person for a role—and that will certainly be the case here. So, we appreciate your help sharing this position with strong candidates in your networks.

Onward!
