Introducing the “Startup Bazaar,” a New Feature for Grep-a-Palooza 2026

Grep-a-Palooza 2026 is just around the corner. In case you haven’t heard, registration is open and we’d love for you all to join us at the Durham Convention Center on June 4th.

As we continue to grow and expand our coverage and capabilities here at GrepBeat, one of our goals is to ensure that this conference keeps evolving to offer something a little different than what you’ll find at other ecosystem events. One way we’re pursuing that goal this year is through the introduction of what we’re calling the “Startup Bazaar.”

The Startup Bazaar will, in a sentence, be an interactive space where attendees can enjoy up-close-and-personal looks at some of North Carolina’s most exciting and innovative tech startups.

This will not merely be a lineup of cocktail tables with brochures and open laptops. We’re talking live demos, products you can see and touch (maybe eat or drink, who knows?), founders on hand to answer questions, and above all else variety that goes well beyond a given industry or vertical. You’ll see robots, strap on headsets, test skills, play games, and more—all in a fun and festive environment and all while learning about up-and-coming tech startups from across North Carolina.

Our team genuinely can’t wait until the Bazaar is up and running.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be trickling out announcements concerning the specific startups that will be present in the space. We hope you’ll be on hand for what we plan to turn into a defining feature of this and future Greps-a-Palooza!

Stay tuned—and grab your tickets here.
