GrepBeat hosted its Holiday Happy Hour last night at Bull McCabe’s (which apparently doubles as a sauna given its patio heaters) in Durham. Attendees enjoyed a first round of drinks courtesy of two generous sponsors—Aprio and Fourscore Business Law—and as always, we were happy to see so many of you turn out!
We kept the addresses light in favor of general festive mingling, though for those who hadn’t already heard, GrepBeat Godfather Joe Colopy also took a few minutes to speak about our next upcoming event: GrepBeat’s inaugural “Rising Stars” awards.
This event will take place on February 6th from 6:30-9pm ET at the 21c Hotel in Durham—so mark your calendars (and maps, I suppose). You can read more about Rising Stars (as well as nominate stars and take advantage of our “very” early-bird rates, through December) here.
