OK, we’re taking liberty with a quote by Jeff Spicoli (Sean Penn) from the 1982 film Fast Times At Ridgemont High (watch a clip here), but Jeff really is an avid surfer—with the boards in his Zoom background to prove it. Now he’s launched a startup that helps building and facilities owners manage their energy use. We first profiled Nimble Energy last month, and our sister company Primordial has made a seed investment.
