Merry GrepMas! This week on the Friday Nooner, GrepBeat’s social media manager Jackie Sizing joined Pete and Joe for our holiday special. The show featured exciting pre-recorded holiday-themed segments—two Oscar-worthy short films—as well as some “gifts” that we’d like to give the Triangle tech startup ecosystem as we head into 2022.

Here are some highlights from the episode:

  • In the spirit of the season, Pete and Joe revealed what they would “gift” to the local ecosystem. This included better public transportation and more in-person events (if the circumstances of COVID allow). Frequent co-host Chantal Allam also joined in virtually with her gift list.
  • Jackie joined the live stream to help cue up our exclusive short films: It’s a Wonderful GrepBeat and ‘Twas The Night Before GrepMas. Joe had not seen them beforehand, so you got his live reaction. The films are not available anywhere else (at the moment)—so go watch the episode!
